i would like to borrow money on some land i own outright its up for sale right now for 110,000.00 the location is in palmdale 2 1/2 acres

I would suggest going with a local bank. The amount of the loan will end up at about 50% to 75% of the appraised value or for something this small 50% to 75% of the estimated value as estimated by the lender.

I forgot to mention..... All of those bank lenders are going to be looking for debt repayment capability. If you want hard money, that would probably be a different source.

FYI, I dont know where this land is but that seems extreemely low. I just sold a residentially zoned, same acreage same city for twice that and I think I settled for less than it was worth.

I have a commercial also same acreage same city and that is closing for for much more.
