Does anyone have experience selling loans? I'd like to sell a real estate note with a principle balance of a little more than $108,000 getting 8% interest. There are 20 years left on the note.

Your best course of action would be to get in touch with an investor in mortgage notes, they buy paper like this all the time. By the way I know a few of them; if you would like them to make you an offer send me an e-mail and I'll send you a 2 page fill in the blanks summary. Good luck!
