Here's my senario.
I wish to buy a couple of 4 Plexes
I have a FICO of 713
My trade lines are less than a year
I need to go SISA
I have 6 months of reserves
Is there a 100% LVT loan out there for me?
or am I stuck at 10% down?

There is a 95% option out there if your middle is over 680. 720 will get you 100%

Yes !!
My FICO is 781
I found 100% SISA
It's a 70 / 30-6% / 10.75%
3yr soft pre-pay
1 pnt back end-2 pnts up front under 100K
Interest-only on the first
30 yr amort
But its a 5 yr locked ARM-I was hoping for a 10 yr rate lock-just in case.
Any better out there? before I commit

I have a 100% program that runs stated/stated it starts @ 7.875% and a stated income only @ 7.375%. In what state is the property located? Let me know if I can help.
