I am wanting to buy a franchise 1800gotjunk. They require a 60,000 liquid to get started. That includes all start up fees, marketing/media, downpayment for equipment, training, and operating captial.
I have 20k i can use.
credit rating is 620-630 but has been a while and have been working to get it better.
i want to open the company in Tn.
I welcome all advice.

William

You could possibly get a Home equity line of credit to draw $40,000 from your home. However the rates are pretty scary with credit scores under 650. If your scores really are that low, I would recomend a full cashout refinance instead.

William...I think there is a better way to do this I will get back to you with details. With this method your 20K should be enough. KIT
