This week, I changed my construction loan of a new home to an owner occupied conventional loan. My problem is that I am unsure if I will actually move into the new home. The home is in escrow for sale and it should close within the next two weeks. The lender will be paid in full at the time of the sale. There are no prepayment penalties for this loan.
1) Are there any additional fees I could be charged if I never live in the home and sell it so quickly?
2) If so, what type of fees and can you give me an estimate of them?
3) In addition, are there any legal repercussions if I never live in the home?
