My name is David, I am a residential loan officer in Baton Rouge but I have a friend who is interested in a few commercial props. the properties are existing strip malls that currently have no vacancies. One will be a group of Doctors that will form a corp. for the loan and buisness. THe cost for the strip mall is $2 mill, but they only need 1.6 mill. Can anyone help me get set up w/ a commercial lender or refer me to someone that can?

A few Questions for you:

1. What collateral is the doctor willing to put up against the loan?
2. Is he willing to provide personal gurantee?
3. What is his FICO score like?
