getting into curch loans here in florida there seems to be one on every corner! how long is the average loan 5 10 15 ect? and how do they quilify yea im green but any help would be great

There is a very good publication from RMA "Risk Management Association" about lending to houses of worship. I forget the name of it. There is a copy of it in our office, but it is at least ten years old.
