This is a little out of the scope of the site. Most people that visit the site are looking for help with financing or are in the business of providing financing. While a lot of us are familiar with developing from assessing finance requests, I don’t think you will find someone willing to go over this subject.

In my opinion, you will need a partner or substantial financial resources to either finance the deal on your own or to provide enough comfort to a lender to finance you even if you are inexperienced.

In that one question alone, there are Millions of books relating to that. You could cover each type of Real Estate career in answering that questions. Sorry can't do that. I wish you the best of luck in finding your answer, and especially finding a financial institution that would lend to a beginer
