Someone asked me about the titles underneath their names here and why it was that the one under his name was “Summer Intern”, well the answer is that titles are earned by the number of posts that you make in this board. When I first started the board, I noticed that it had the ability to track participation this way, so I turned the feature on.

As of right now, the titles and the {number of posts} required to get the title are as follows:

Summer Intern {0}
Part-Time Teller {3}
Full-Time Teller {10}
C.S.R. {15}
Head-Teller {20}
Management Trainee {25}
Credit Analyst I {40}
Loan Officer {50}
Credit Analyst II {60}
Sr. Credit Analyst {70}

I might have to reconsider this scale with the number of actual lenders registering running into the dozens, having a title that does not match their actual title in the industry can be confusing. But right now this has low priority. If anyone has any ideas, please post them here.

LU - the scale seems reasonable. It is interesting to see the numbers behind the scale though. It should be pointed out how "low" loan officers are in your world of credit-work! wink.gif

"...It should be pointed out how "low" loan officers are in your world of credit-work! ... Yeph, that was my personal inside joke. Once my promotion goes through, I am going to add my new title to the end biggrin.gif

Something like that, but just for one County {only about 12 people}.
