I currently have a large 170 acre development in progress. We are wanting to begin phase 2 but have exhausted loans from local banks/lenders. I am willing to work with bank/personal lenders/investors (profit-sharing). I was wondering if you know how I can find potential lenders/investors. Based on previous posts, I will probably be working with Hard Money lenders for land, since it will be largely based on collateral. We also have undeveloped acreage that can be leant out at below 50% LTV rates. This shouldn't be difficult to find lenders for I would think. Even if I have overextended on amount of money borrowed, at a 40% LTV, there should be lenders more than willing to offer loans, right? Please provide me with any contacts/links/direction as to where I might go next. Thank You
