Good luck on getting this funded, but I don't understand how equity is going to get paid an interest rate. Are you looking for lenders or for partners to invest equity?

Also, I am worried about people throwing these big numbers out there without additional information...... The first thing that comes to mind is that you are interested in doing a $15 million dollar project, but you have to come to this little website to get tips?

You would need to define "a major project" first to get an answer. Do you have a startup company? A residential subdivision? Retail project? etc I suspect that you are involved in brokering and seek a lender. If so you would need to be very specfic for almost all commercial lenders specialize in something and are not one stop shops.
