with my 25yrs Insurance, Real Estate, and lately Forex I have the knowledge how to look for and bring high net worth individuals together so without knowing the title of what I am doing I am starting to do it...I have lots of European projects and UAE investors with some Koreans.
My question is I don't have any Real Estate license anymore and I have some investor who wants a casino but he is going through his real estate agent in NJ I have found a casino through someone who is going through a real estate in another state! Is The NCND Agreement protects me from losing my commissions and is it legal for me to do this?
My other question bringing an investor to joint venture with other people is NCND Agreement also protects me and what license do I have to have to do this?
I really appreciate an answer on this.
