Hello everyone,

I am trying to buy an owner absentee business in IL that makes a profit of over 75k annually and the purchase price is under 250k. I have been told that I could go with a cash advance based on the future credit card sales, but I would rather not go that route since the advance term is extremely short (less than 6 months.) Am I better off just waiting until I can improve my credit score (under 600)? Or should I find an investor, angel investor, or SBA loan. I am trying to see if there are any other options available to me.

Hello John do you have any money going into this? What is your credit score? Give a little information about the business. You can send information to bm@chrisblanks.com

Chris,

I would rather not put any money into this (of course) but I put as much as 30k down. As to my credit score I haven't checked it recently but I know it is under 600. To be specific the business is a well known franchise restaurant in IL
