New independent broker seeking direct lenders, private investors, and/or private funding pools.
I’m a new broker with no shortage of commercial projects to fund, but I’m having issues with chaps who say they are the funding source & it turns out they are not. Too many layers & too convoluted. I don’t mine one layer in front of the investor but any more then that simply doesn’t work. Anyone who can direct me to direct funding or private funding sources please advice. I really would appreciate it.
