I have just started working with a major hotel developer. He currently has about 150M in his portfolio now and is rapidly expanding. His main interest is new construction and/or rehab of underperforming hotels, once completed most are sold off for solid profits. All hotels are flagged with upscale brands. Projects range from 10-150M and are located anywhere for Ohio to Dubai. I am looking for a direct lender who has an appetite for all aspects of Hotel acquisition, construction, refinance. They would need to be willing to work with a Broker. Please let me know if you might be interested or if you know someone who maybe.
Thanks for any help.
