Looking to start a warehouse line for hard money and commercial lending. Do you know the requirements and if there is licensing involved. The warehouse will be funded by private investors and ther will be no selling direct to the public, only brokers/bankers.

I think you are talking about loaning money from other people, that have money already, right?

Some places you don't need a license. Some places you do. Check the State ph34r.gif

What state? If in FL, as long as it's true private money, there's no issue. It's only when you're dealing with a depository institution you have to worry about licensing in most states.

Are you looking set up the warehouse line and then find a broker/banker to find a market for it?
