Looking to start a warehouse line for hard money and commercial lending. Do you know the requirements and if there is licensing involved. The warehouse will be funded by private investors and ther will be no selling direct to the public, only brokers/bankers.

Some places you don't need a license. Some places you do. Check the State

I've come across all kinds and types of lenders. Like the fishes in the ocean, there are many species.

What state? If in FL, as long as it's true private money, there's no issue. It's only when you're dealing with a depository institution you have to worry about licensing in most states.
