Need quick answer on this Flagg Hotel that has fallen out. Need some Help on Refinance and Construction
We are pressed for time this is on a commercial project. We had an investor
that was committed to the funding of the project and than when the day
came to Fund they had no funds in place to close so we need some answers fast
to either refinance 10 acres of commercial do to short term
financing so would around 2.5 million just to refinance that and the land is
worth 4.5 million or I need the total construction of project with land
included would be 11.5 million. Can send you more information on it if
