We are looking to acquire financing on 100 acres of property ( part of a larger 600 acre parcel )we are buying. The partners have 50 million in net worth. We are looking for 1.8 million to pay off adebt we have and for start up capital. The sand is under contract to be sold the mine is set up and running and has contracts with the largest trucking company in South West Florida to do the mining operations and buy the fill.Proforma and outline letter available on request.

Sandman, I must admit, I have not financed a sand pit bit have done stone quaries. The good news is that you are in operation and have contracts. A little confused, if you are operating the mine yourself or contracting it out. Would love to discuss.
