Hello, I need to ask you a few questons about the project:
1. Do you own the land?
2. Is the land entitled?
3. Do you have have pre-sales?
4. How much do you have in the project? How much can you put in the Property?
5. Do you have a Use of Funds breakdown?
My company can do this loan for you. I just need some of these questions answered.
