Hello Loan Experts,
Please show me what I need to in order to obtain a loan amount between 170-200k for a new home. I am a first time home buyer and I have very bad credit perhaps in the low 550. ( I am in the process of fixing that) I don't have any other payment except for my current appartment rent, utilities and phone.
I went to school all last year and I am a chef now. Is there a loan out there that does not need Income verification, and or 100% financing? And if I have to put something down, about how much would I need and the term and interest rate offer?
