I am here looking for a building for my client. I want to deal directly with a realtor who has the type of listing that I am in search of.

San Francisco commercial property desired
in either the Richmond District or even all the way in Chinatown.
anywhere from 4,000 to 5,000 square ft building
High ceilings
Ideally near transportation and wheel chair accessible
The building will be used for a temple. Financing is already in place.
