Full Version: Seeking residential financing for Costa Rica
I am looking for construction to perm residential loans for Costa Rica. I know about the collateralized type of U. S. loan and I don't want that. I am looking for a more traditional 80/20 type of 30 year loan that doesn't require 12 months of collateral. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
My family and I are currently trying to do the same thing in Costa Rica. I have also looked at every loan type and am not happy with a hard money loan. We have made a little progress but if you have since come across any information that could be helpful we would be very grateful to hear from you. Thank you.
