im looking for a lender for a commercial property that is a building that has a second floor unfinished loft w/plans for a 4 unit multi-family and i plan to live in one unit/rent the other three and downstairs was a formal restauraunt ill rent. I need to know what kind of loan to apply b/c it will be my primary resident .

They are asking 1million and four hundred thousand i probably can get it cheaper but i got to figure out how much i need to fix up the four unit to be rented thank you.
