I am purchasing another property and would like to pull $60,000 of my equity out of this property. If you have some $ down for the other property, there are lenders that will allow a seller second on the piece of land, which will probably subordinated to the first, but it won't cost you a dime if the seller of the property you want to buy agrees. However, for this scenario to work, you will need at least 10% down from your own cash for the prop you want to purchase.
