I have two properties I am looking at with two separate owners. Propery # 1 is 1,025,000 that I will use owner operator. Next door is property#2 1,500,000 that I has current renter at 25 triple net lease for the next four years.
The first deal is about done at 15% down, but it will need 400K rehab. For Prop. #2 What is the best way to handel it? Once deal #1 is over do I refinance both props?
