I am interested in becoming a commerical broker. I have been seaching the internet for a software package that I would be able to enter information from a potential borrower and submit to a built in lender database.

Does such a software package exist? If so, what would you say are the better software packages in terms of the proposal it puts together and more importantly a quality lender database?

Try Broker Pro software. They have a lender database and assist you with underwriting the loan, from what I understand.

I have a built in client database through my existing profession, am I going about this the right way?

I looked at Broker Pro software and the software has the basics and some training however is this the state-of-art program?

It seems to me that success of the Commercial Broker is really the product of quality origination and the software for the collection of data, summarization and submission to appropriate interested lenders. Obtaining quality originations is my responsibility however I would like to use the best broker software platform.
