Any insight on lending to a few individuals who are looking to purchase a broker/dealer for securities. There specialty is Government/Municipal securities.
Mainly they are looking for a LOC to allow for ample capital, which would result in them being able to move faster on purchasing AAA bonds. Not to knowledgeable in this industry.
If there are any websites or literature that is suggested to read up on that would be great?
