Full Version: Any Lender Who Can Do NOO Loans for $20k - $40k?
I'm interested in a duplex for $25k and a fourplex for $40k in Oklahoma. I wanted to do a 90% LTV on each. I understand most lenders won't do such small loans. Does any know of any lenders who can do loans this small. Thanks!

I can do loans as low as $20,000 and no upper limit.
Sometimes lenders can take more than one (N/O/O) loan request from the same borrower. If you combine the two loans in that manner, they may meet the minimum loan requirement of a majority of lenders.
