I have 2 Gas Stations - Convenience Stores for sale in Mexico, MO. The price for both stations is $1.1M and the seller is motivated. He wants to move on to other investment opportunities since he can't be in the area any longer to work them himself.

I have financing already approved for the Gas Stations, but need a buyer who has 15% to put into a new investment. Buyer should have gas station management experience as the financing was previously predicated on it.

The previous buyer decided they didn't want to move from MI so that left the seller hanging.
