i talked to Noble for sure, and maybe the other as well when I was looking for a biz LOC. It mad eme mad that they were going to charge 4% to submit my app to banks that were well known. I figuered out what info the banks wanted to see and did it myself, for free. So far I have one for 50K from comerica. I am working on getting some more as well.
