Is it possible to obtain cash at closing for a 14 unit if the appraised value is greater than the loan amount?

If so, would anyone know of good and reputable lenders that can assist. I have a 3 unit, 8 unit, and 3 unit adjacent to each other in Illinois that I like to get financing for.
