Newb posting and looking for advice.
I have some land with quite a few lots on it in a city in Florida where the development is booming. I looking for the best way for this project to be self supporting as I go through the developement process. I'm cash poor and have resonable credit but not great due to lots of obligations. The development of the property needs to be from scratch as it is raw land that has been platted and zoned but has no infrastructure. They are building on my doorstep so I think the time is ripe. I'm afraid of partners and am more so looking for finances. The land is free and clear. At the moment, I'm just looking for advise, not money.
