I am purchasing a business’s assets and goodwill, but not the liability (this was advised by my Attorney). What financing options do I have? I would prefer not use my personal credit worthiness as the deciding factor being I have no large items like a home on it. I would like to use the assets or inventory as the collateral for the loan.

Any advice?
