We are seeking to build a twin/duplex and sell each one. The land is currently part of our single home we live in now and is going under subdivision. Some people have suggested to try to sell the homes before we build for financing purposes. We may already have a buyer for one of the homes. This is our first time doing this and I would like as much information as possible.
