I am a mortgage broker specializing in gas station loans. I've found that no single lender can meet the needs of your gas station clients because each one has their own program that they are comfortable with. For instance some lenders make variable rate loans only to gas stations, others offer 5-year fixed rate option only, yet others deal with flagged stations only and some require the borrower to operate two companies - one to hold the real estate and another to operate the business. You'll need more than one wholesale lender to place gas station loans.

I am a loan officer, but have a lender that claims they can do gas stations. I was going to do a deal but it fell through. If you want to co broker a deal, I would be willing to work on this.
