I am on the Alumni board for a local Chapter of an International Fraternity. We are looking for lenders who are willing to work with us in securing financing for the construction of a new Fraternity House.

We are looking to secure approximately $650,000.

Does anyone know of any lenders that will work with not-for-profit organizations such as us?

The Local Chapter will be 35 years old in 2008 and the international chapter was formed in 1834 and has both national (US) and international (Canada) chapters.
