Hello all, we have several clients that need to make escrow in order to close their various real estate/business deals. The loan amounts needed range from 625k up to several million. The loan would be needed for 30 days or less....the ROI would vary depending on the project, but would be an above average rate of return. No conventional or hard money needed, only liquid capital. This escrow you speak of.... is it the escrow needed to get into the deal to begin with?

Is that a scam?

Not necessarily, but it is extremely risky if those are the parameters.

We are talking territory that not even the mezzanine lenders are in. We are talking equity replacement with unsecured debt. Something that anyone should be wary to do unless they know the borrower very well.

I did not give the whole process, just a few details.....if anyone would like more info on these deals, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss them.
