Me and my husband found some great investment/business property that we are wanting to start a business on. We are looking to start up a boarding facility (for horses). It was at one time a boarding facility. It will need some rehab but is structurally sound. There is a home on the 20 acres as well that we would live in. This would be perfect for us except…the land, home and farm are almost 500,000 and we only make about 100,000. Is there anyway to get funding for this project/business? I would also possibly like to run a nonprofit equine therapy center? Any suggestions?
