I am currently looking for a direct hard money lender that is able to fund a project worth 60 Billion dollars. Does anyone know of anyone that would be able to fund a project that big?
Thanks in advance.
I don't know of a hard money lender of that size. Hard money lenders typically lend only 50-60% (maybe 70%). Even at 70% LTV your client would need to already be sitting on $18B cash.
According to BusinessWeek, Sept. 2005, only four U.S. corporations are holding more than $17B in cash (Ford, Microsoft, GM, and ExxonMobil). Interesting.

$60,000,000,000
This is more than the GNP of many developing nations. You need to talk to one of the top five financial institutions so that they can go ahead and syndicate this deal. Because not even them will fund this by themselves.
You do realize that this is not doable by any of my visitors, correct?
I understand how people will pursue every lead possible, but why pursue something that has a 0.0000000000000000000000000000001% chance of coming together unless we are talking upfront fees.

Are they planning on taking over the NASA Space Program?
No offense to you, but this is a subject brought up all the time with deals like this. How is it that you landed a deal for $60 billion and not know where to go? And conversely, how is that someone is in a position to request $60 Billion and not know where to find that kind of money?
I am curious what the nature of the project is, I mean you could tear down every proffessional sports stadium in the country and rebuild state of the art stadiums in their place and still have enough money left over to buy a small island in the Caribbean.
Please elaborate, if just to satisfy our curiousity...
Seriously though,
I would like to be a part of the overall project, I could bring up to $500 million or so to the table. You are aware that their is going to have to be several hands in the pot in order for this to click.
I promise to wash my hands before I jump in...
Call or email me for more information.

I agree, this will take consolidated efforts from several sources, but it's doable with the right group
