I'm looking for someone or bussiness to buy a foreclosure property,
and resell to me at an agreed % on purchase price within an amount of time, i can come up with up to 10% of down payment. I have bad credit but i work in my own bussiness just can't drain the money out. I also have a commercial property that can be subdivided, the value exceeds what the foreclosure property will bring by $15 to $20k. I can't get credit, this is got to be unconventional, back by agreement. I'm flexible on terms as long as it's reasonable.
