Hello everyone,

Anyone knows of a lender who offers raw land financing in CA for 70-80% LTV?

I'm not sure how to reply to this without it being in violation of the board rules. My company provides financing up to 75% LTV on raw land acquisitions providing the gap is being bridged with borrowers cash. I can do up to 60 to 65% if no downpayment but allowing any form of secondary financing.
