I am in search of new lenders for 100% investment loans. I have been using Zero Down Mortgage, and Aurora, but they are going to be cancelling the 100% stuff. Does anyone have a line on anyone else that i can broker my loans too?

When is Aurora Lehman Brothers cancelling that 100% NOO 4plex? I use them ALOT. Where did you hear this?
Entrust has a nice 100% investor program for up to 4 units.
