Real Estate Agent here in the Greater Sacramento Region. Will the overflow of people from the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland). Sacramento especially Elk Grove, CA has been hit hard with new homes. Only one hotel in the area with the next 30 miles away in Downtown Area. I believe this area to be a gold mine. The holiday express off of Laguna Blvd. is sold out every weekend and almost once or twice a week. I encourage any developer to take advantage of the area. Homebuilder have.
