I'm a nonprofit org. in Oklahoma and I was looking for a small business loan. Now my problem is I am having the hardest time finding lenders for a nonprofit org. and any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The only non-profit lending I have ever seen are situations where there are hard assets such as real estate or equipment to lend against. Any other type of lending would be out of the question due to the nature of non-profits.
Local banks would be the best avenue for secured lending.

Try local banks, government agencies or foundations. Banks will look for collateral and cash flow.
