Does anyone know if this is true or not? huh.gif

I was told that because of the air in New Orleans, that lenders are afraid to loan any money because of the Bowl effect and the hurricanes?
I was told not even in the places that did not flood???? dry.gif
How has Florida gotten along?

They did not say "not until the levee's are fix" but said not at all. Is this true? unsure.gif

If so, does this also mean.....that Tornado Alley of America or Earthquake areas or Flood prone areas or Blizzard ridden places, and Dust Bowel places will also be "Redlined" cool.gif

Does anyone know???

If so. I am in need of one. About $5. mil Serious and reasonable responses only. Please no looky lou's.
Joint Venture welcome.

This sounds interesting, I'll check with my lenders and get back to you.
