I am a mortgage broker and I have never done a commercial loan. I need help finding a lender... my borrower has a 613 middle fico score looking to go stated, but we could possiblly swing full doc. I need to get this done as soon as possilble, Ive had the contract for a week now and im working an looking for lenders.. im currently working with met west, however they are slow with returning my phone calls and they dont really respond to me well.
