I know that the State of Texas has specific strict rules regarding the Mortgage business. Though I am neither a Loan Officer, nor a Mortgage Broker, someone I know, is a Lender and his partner is a Mortgage Broker. He has offered me his branch. I have an office and he says I can become his Satellite, meaning branch. How goes that allow me to get potential borrowers for him? Does my office becoming his branch, allow me to advertise and talk to people regarding Various Loan products?
