Can you help? Couple wants to purchase home (SFR). Here are the stats on my customers:

His Mid Score is 608
Her Mid Score is 608
They want 100%,
80/20,
Stated,
Interest Only,
Fixed or Adjustable,
Lowest interest rate possible.
Appraisal came back at $758,000.
They earn $19,392.00, combined, Monthly

They want a RUSH on this, as they want to close this month.

Are you a mortgage broker ?

If so , try Finance America, they have a Stated Asset/Stated Income ,100%, mid fico 575.

See if they might be able to help.
