I respect the opinions of the posters here. In your opinion, who are the really bad and good real estate gurus out there.

I'm talking about the Kiyosaki's, Del Dotto's, Sheet's, McCorkle's (he's in jail for 24 years), Whitney's, De Roos' and any other guru you can think of. Basically all the informercial Gurus.

Most of these guys are probably crooks but some of the people here who are in real estate might have some good information about them.

How about John T. Reed? He has an excellent web site regarding these matters.

Do you belong to a local real estate investing group? Asking folks who are actually doing this on a daily basis, someone may be willing to share info on the real how to or at least offer suggestions of which gurus were helpful to them.
