I have a client who is looking for investors for the purchase of a small oil company.

The purchase price is just over $5 mil. Gross income was over $ 1.8 mil in 2004 and projected to be over $2.8 mil in 2005.

My client will purchase 20% and has extensive oil industry experience. He currently owns and operates two other related companies.

Need to fund by mid October.
